VayaMail

Terms of use

Last updated 7 November 2026

These terms apply when you use vayamail.com or the VayaMail command-line tool. By starting a migration, an import or a purchase, or by signing in, you accept them.

Who provides VayaMail

VayaMail is provided by Pantazi Software SRL, Romania (“we”). Contact: hello@vayamail.com.

What the service does

VayaMail copies email over IMAP from one mailbox to another, and imports saved mail files (.mbox, .eml, and with the command-line tool Outlook .pst) into a mailbox. It copies folders, messages, original dates and flags. It does not copy contacts, calendars, filters or forwarding rules. The old mailbox is opened read-only and nothing is deleted from it.

Your part

  • Only move mailboxes that you own or that you are authorised to access and copy, and only into mailboxes you are allowed to use.
  • Keep your own copy until you have checked the result. VayaMail is a migration tool, not a backup service, and it keeps no copy of your mail.
  • Don’t use VayaMail to break the law or someone else’s rights, to access mailboxes without permission, or to overload, probe or attack any server, ours included.
  • Keep sign-in links and migration links private: anyone with a migration link can see its progress and report.

We may refuse or stop a migration that breaks these rules.

Mail servers outside our control

A migration depends on both mail servers. Hosts limit connections, reject large messages, run out of storage or go offline, and we cannot control that. When a message can’t be copied, VayaMail leaves it on the old server, keeps going, and lists it in the report with the reason. A migration can be resumed or run again without creating duplicates.

Prices and payment

  • Free: one mailbox up to 1 GB, once per mailbox.
  • One mailbox: $5 for one mailbox of any size, with unlimited re-syncs for 30 days.
  • Unlimited mailboxes: $29 paid once, for any number of mailboxes of any size and bulk migrations, tied to your account, for as long as VayaMail is offered.
  • The command-line tool is free, with no size limit.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are made through Creem’s checkout and are also subject to Creem’s terms. A paid migration starts once the payment is confirmed. Current prices are on the pricing page; a price change never affects a purchase already made.

Accounts

An account is your email address; you sign in with a one-time link. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

The command-line tool

The VayaMail CLI is free to use. It runs on your computer, under your control, and these terms apply to it as far as they are relevant. It is provided as it is, without support obligations.

Our responsibility

We work to keep VayaMail available and correct, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted or that every message can be copied. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost business or lost data that you could have kept by keeping your own copy, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Personal data

How we handle passwords, mail and personal data is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and a migration or purchase is governed by the version in force when it was made. These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
