Migrate email to Zoho Mail

Enable IMAP in Zoho first. Custom-domain accounts use the “pro” server, and EU accounts the .eu one.

IMAP settings

Server: imappro.zoho.com for your own domain, imap.zoho.com for @zohomail.com; .eu for EU accounts
Port: 993 (SSL/TLS)
Username: the full address
Password: the account password, or an app-specific password with 2FA on

Turn IMAP on

In Zoho Mail, open Settings → Mail Accounts and select the address.

Under IMAP, tick IMAP Access and save.

With two-factor authentication on, create an application-specific password in Zoho Accounts and use that in the wizard.

Which server

Zoho runs separate data centres. If you sign in at mail.zoho.eu, use imappro.zoho.eu (or imap.zoho.eu). Autodetect usually finds the right one from your domain’s MX records.
